We designed Seenime to be a welcoming place to catalog and share your anime journey. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Do not automate account creation, scraping, or rate-limit bypassing without written consent.

4. Your content

You retain ownership over the text, images, and other content you add to Seenime. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and improve the Service. You are responsible for securing the rights needed to share any content you upload.

5. Intellectual property

All Seenime trademarks, logos, code, and design elements are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

6. Paid features

If we introduce paid plans, additional terms (including refund and renewal policies) will apply. We will communicate those details before you opt into any paid feature.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the Service. You may stop using Seenime at any time by deleting your account or contacting support.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Seenime is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seenime and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, when required, notify you through the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
